SHIPPING

The products sold on this ecommerce are not made by the same craftsman so, if your order includes several products made by different artisans, the system will calculate the shipping costs based on the number of artisans from whom you select and choose the products. (In the cart you will find a clear outline of your pre-order and the sum of the shipping costs).

Shipping times may vary from craftsman to craftsman and from country to country and also include the time needed by the craftsman to make the product you chose, when it is handmade and not prepackaged.

Generally, for shipments to Italy you can consider 3/4 days, for Europe 8/10 days and for the rest of the world 13/15 days.

As for the wines, shipping times for the rest of the world could increase significantly, up to a maximum of 30 days as these products are subjected to special customs controls.

The days are to be understood as working days and the shipment starts from the moment the payment is credited.

Shipping costs do not include any possible customs duties which vary from country to country and which are charged to the customer.

 

RETURNS

If the product you have purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt without any penalty as long as the product is the exact same condition in which it was when it was shipped to you.

In order to make a return it is necessary to contact me by email providing me with the order number, the photo and the name of the product you want to return.

You will then be sent the return authorization confirmation and the procedure.

Once you have received the return authorization confirmation, you can proceed with the shipment of the product you want to return to the address of the manufacturer that will be provided to you by email.

The costs for this shipment and any additional taxes will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer.

As soon as we receive the product, you will get a refund within 14 days.

N.B.:

– If the product is damaged, already used or worn, you will not be refunded.

– Products that are customized or made to measure for you cannot be returned or exchanged with others.

– Products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly cannot be returned.

In case the product delivered is damaged and visible from the outside, do not accept the package from the courier and inform me immediately via email. In case it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document it with photos and inform me via email immediately. In this case, all costs are not borne by the customer but by us.
